Noman Associates Ltd. provide quality training to the staff with the help of two training centers. Youths who have studied minimum up to Class X standard are eligible for these training courses.
Welding & Fabrication
Trainees will be provided with knowledge and skills in Arc, Gas, Tig & Mig welding work, preparing plate edges prior to welding and performs various types of joints on mild steel in flats, horizontal and vertical positions. A trainee will be able to operate Arc welding, oxy- acetylene welding, Tig & Mig welding equipment, read simple blue print and interpret welding symbols. Trainees will be given sufficient practice on preparation plate edges, welding of mild steel plate up to 12 MM. Single run, multi runs,multi rums stringer and waved beads, overlapping runs of make T joints fillers, lap joint fillet, corner weld, single V butt, pipe welding (pipe to flange) & pipe welding butt joining up to 10 m.m. outside diameters. They will be given understanding of nondestructive and destructive test of welding joints.r)

Driving cum Auto Mechanics
Practice on dis-assembly and assembly, engine parts identification, repair and maintenance, daily/regular maintenance and driving practice on light transport. Theoretical knowledge on introduction of engine, cooling and lubricating system, fuel system, transmission system, ignition and electrical system of mechanical transport and maintenance of light transport.
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Provide Training in domestic refrigerator and air conditioning system and trainees will be able to acquire sufficient knowledge on installation, repair and operation of the unit. Trainees will be provided with the knowledge to diagnose and repair faults and test of the refrigeration and air conditioning unit.
Plumbing & Pipe Fitting
Trainees will be provided with knowledge and skills to use plumbing hand tools and equipment to work on pipe and assemble taps, valves, install basins, shanks, flushing cisterns, fix water pipe, hot & cool water pipe system and read simple blue prints. Trainees will be given sufficient practice on pipe fitting works
Masonry & Rod Binding
Trainees will be provided with knowledge and skills to layout plan on ground, carryout the estimate of a building, practical work on building construction, shuttering and plastering, building planning by computer, different types of rod binding, brick layout, tiles fitting, estimation and measuring of wood, iron/rod, earth work and white washing. They will also be taught to read simple blue prints.
Electrical House Wiring
Trainees will be able to carry out electrical home wiring in simple domestic installation & industrial installation, analyses faults and made repair of electrical appliances & machines like small motors, transformers, switchboard etc. They will be given sufficient practice on installation of power equipment, wiring methods, fault diagnoses of electrical system, doing repair of electrical installations & equipment. Also provide training in the basic principles and practices of electrical machine like AC & DC motors, generators transformer, rectifiers, switchgear & protective devices etc.
General Electronics & Mobile Phone set Maintenance, Servicing and Repairing
Electronics are playing very important role in the field of engineering for the betterment of human life. That’s why we intend to train our younger generation in the field of electronics. In this trade training is given on domestic electric and electronic appliances assembly, troubleshooting, repair and servicing. The workshop is highly equipped with modem electronic equipment’s such as oscilloscope, pattern generator, audio generator, multi tester etc. Beside, students will also be given training on mobile phone set repairing, maintenance and general trouble shooting.
Computer Application
Trainees will be given training on fundamentals of computer, basic computer hardware, software operating system, number system and digital logic, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft access, Microsoft power point, Microsoft expression web, internet application, English and Bengali typing and project work. The aim of this course is to make a trainee proficient on office work and application.
